by Dr. Johnnetta B. Cole, Ph.D. is the National Chair / President of The National Council of Negro Women. Dr. Cole is a born native of Jacksonville, Florida. She was welcomed as the “Stay Woke Lectured Series,” presenter on Thursday, March 28th at Edward Waters College Milne Auditorium.
Dr. Cole shared her thoughts, experiences, and the impact of higher education, economic development, community involvement, and health disparities within the African American community. “I have been enlightened by Dr. Coles’ presentation. It will be one that I cherish for a life time,” said Dr. Sabrina Edwards, Jacksonville Section NCNW President.
